Rebar Bending

Steel rebar bending developed out of the arrow break and was introduced in the early 90's. I use a 6'8" / 2 meter long, 5/8" / 10mm diameter steel reinforcement bar that is used for reinforcing concrete. It's an excellent exercise to align group members with each other and the larger whole. The rebar bend teaches commitment, cooperation, team-work, following through and how to effectively channel one's own creative power for lasting results.

The rebar bend can easily be incorporated into larger events as one of the main exercises, or as a two to three hour workshop in its own right, especially tailored to your group's needs and desires.

Ponder Quote

"May all beings through the power of this practice experience happiness and the causes for happiness;
May all be free of suffering and the causes of suffering;
May all never be parted from the great happiness that is free of suffering;
And may they all live in equality, without too much attachment and too much resentment,
And live in consciousness of the oneness of all that is."
